Green tea is one of the healthiest teas, and is in general very popular and known remedy in folk medicine and cosmetics. Japanese geishas traditionally used it for health and beauty of your skin. Thanks to the numerous valuable ingredients which include vitamins C, D, E, B1 and B2, calcium, zinc, potassium, iodine, fluorine, and tannin that are usually up to 20 times more effective than vitamin E (vitamin youth), Green tea has a truly magical effect on the skin. It stimulates blood circulation and regeneration of the skin and keeps its moisture and strengthens, revitalizes and makes skin more tender. Protects it from the ravages of free radicals and harmful influences from the environment, particularly UV radiation and it also slows the aging process and wrinkles.

Green tea has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect, it cleans and tightens pores, and soothes the stress due to the sensitive and irritated skin. Green tea for your face

For green tea facial mask use 1 teaspoon green tea pour a cup of water heated from 60 to 70 ┬░ C. Then after 5 minutes we can strain it and let it rest. Green tea Anti-aging mask

Stir in 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese, and mashed avocado and 1 tablespoon olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar and green tea powder. Apply the mask on your face and hold 20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
