Green tea is known also as a drink of vital people, because it enhances vitality, memory, helps with fatigue, increases alertness and the ability of muscles to the superior performance, cleanses the body, helps lose weight, fight cholesterol and the properties which are lined up.

Types of green tea:

Green tea came from China and has been linked to many Asian cultures, whose roots are healthy and many people in China live long lifes, many roots date back more than 4000 years ago. We know beyond 1500 different types of green tea, I will mention only the most valued.

Among the most famous Japanese teas are sencha green teas are considered, Gyokuro, Banca. Their neighboring country China produces green teas called China Gunpowder, Mu Dan Green Tea Special, Long Jing, Bi Luo Chun, Mao Feng.

Effects of green tea on smokers

Smoking causes a lot of body damage. Increased risk of cancer, decreased lung function, increased free radical attack, heart disease, vascular disease and we can find many other negative effects of smoking.

At least researches shows that green tea  influence the direction of the fight against the development of cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Smokers who drink daily 5 to 6 cups of green tea, had up to fifty percent less damage caused by toxins in cigarette smoke. The reduction operation reduces the risk of toxins result of cancers, cardiovascular disease and other known smoking-related diseases.
